reminders

Just a quick reminder -

 

Tomorrow - make sure your child brings their gift for the classroom gift exchange.  Please understand that if they do not bring a gift they will not be able to participate in the gift exchange.

 

Grades 1 - 8 dismiss at NOON tomorrow.    THERE IS NO EXTENDED CARE IN THE AFTERNOON.   Please make sure your child is picked up by 12:15 pm so that the staff may start their Christmas break too.

 

Children's Christmas Eve Service –This year we will try having only ONE Children's Service at 4:00 pm. Over the past several years the general attendance in the 2^nd service has been low with many of our children also not able to stay.  Please note this change from the original school calendar.  Students who are participating in this service are asked to be in their classrooms by 3:30 pm.   

 

Please Note - Since this service is expected to be full, we are asking for your help and understanding.  If you are saving seats for friends and relatives, please let them know that they must be in their seats by 3:45 pm.  At 3:45 pm the ushers will be utilizing any seats that are not occupied.   

 

Hand Chimes – Students in grades 3 – 8 who are playing the hand chimes MUST be at school by 3:15 pm.  They will be starting to play promptly at 3:30 pm.  We need every student to be on time as we can't play our songs if someone is not there on time. Please have your child here at 3:15 pm.
